Create a beautiful heirloom bishop dress with one of our most popular specialty fabrics. Sheer and light, the 100% Swiss cotton with tufted dots makes a gorgeous baby or child's bishop. All of our bishops are cut to size and are French seamed. Each kit includes a cut bias band for finishing the neck as well as lace and entredeux for finishing the sleeve. Or you can choose not to smock the sleeve in which case we will include the bias pieces for finishing. In addition, the kit includes a bias for your placket and a smocking needle!
