Thank you for taking the time to browse and see just a little of what Lilies and Lace has to offer. We are excited about adding items and kits that are available in our shop. However, we are not an e-commerce site. We realize while this may inconvenience some, we prefer for now to maintain more personal contact with each customer. We sincerely appreciate your interest. |

Confirmation: While we can email you, we prefer to speak with you personally to confirm we have received your order and answer any questions you may have. Thank you for ensuring we have a number where you can be reached. |

Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please do not send card information in your email. We can take your information when we call you. We also accept personal checks but please note that these will need to clear before your order can be shipped. For you convenience, we are happy to invoice you via PayPal. |

Availability: Occasionally we may be out of an item. We will let you know and are always more than happy to discuss options, and to suggest alternatives if your first choice is not available. |

Shipping: We will let you know the cost prior to shipping as it varies according to the method of delivery chosen, and the size and weight of orders. Our preferred method of delivery is via UPS. Please let us know if you have any special shipping requests. We are happy to email tracking details by request. |

Returns: Please look at your order carefully. We need to be notified within 7 days of delivery if any items are damaged or incorrect. Please email toodlesdorgan@bellsouth.net for return information and process. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. |
