Each bishop kit includes everything you need to create a beautiful smocked dress. Fabrics are 100% Imperial Batiste and are French seamed. Each kit includes a cut bias band for finishing the neck as well as lace and entredeux for finishing the sleeve. Or you can choose not to smock the sleeve in which case we will include the bias pieces for finishing. In addition, the kit includes a bias for your placket and a smocking needle!
